TAKING CARE OF YOUR BRACELET
At My Brother’s Bracelet, pride, dedication, and craftmanship extends to the quality of material we choose for your bracelet. Below are a few things you should consider in order to care for you bracelet.
After wear you should wipe your bracelet with a soft cotton cloth to preserve its shine and luster. Stones nor metals should be cleaned with any chemicals. Use a lightly damp cloth to remove debris and rub lightly. As with any accessory, we recommend putting on your bracelet last. This will prevent any damage or staining that can be caused by cosmetics, cologne, hairspray, or any other substance. It is recommended not to wear your bracelet while showering, sleeping, or taking part in any sporting event. Store your bracelet away from sunlight and heat. We recommend you place it in the packaging provided.

WARRANTY
Your satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 15 day (beginning the day the item was received) return or exchange policy. In order to exchange or return the product you must first contact us via email at mybrothersbracelet@gmail.com outlining your concern, item detail, and your suggested course of action. The product must be returned in its original packaging without sign of wear, damage, or missing pieces. If the item must be returned, we recommend shipping the return bracelet via an insured, signature received required delivery method. As soon as your package is received, we will issue a full refund which will be credited back to the same payment method you used to make the purchase.

OUR STORY
After his trip to Hawaii in Dec 2018, my brother Henry sent me a large package containing items for my daughter Nerina and a bead bracelet for me. I was elated to receive a gift from my brother. No matter what I did or where I went, I wore that beaded bracelet, joyfully and with pride. After several months the bracelet mysteriously disappeared. I scoured the internet for a suitable replacement and searched every store to no avail. Feeling incomplete without my bracelet, I decided to make a replacement. Born then was “My Brother’s Bracelet”.
