Shipping policy

After placing your order your item will be polished and packaged for shipping within 3 business days. At this time, we are only accepting order for items to be shipped within the continental United States and Canada.  Shipping is an additional $9 and is added at checkout.  Special deliveries can be arranged for items to be shipped outside the USA and Canada. Simply contact us via email at mybrothersbracelet@gmail.com , prior to placing your order for a shipping quote. Once agreed, the cost of shipping will be added to your order.  Keep in mind that your order may be subjected to taxes, import, custom, and/or duty fees. These additional fees are the sole responsibility of the customer and My Brother’s Bracelet should not be held responsible for such. We suggest you research  these fees prior to placing your order, for we are not able to do so.  By law we are required to disclose all shipments full value and its content.

We only use well established shipping methods, i.e. USPS or FEDEX and we trust the service they provide, however we cannot guarantee their performance. Shipping mistakes are few and we can only guarantee what is within our control. Rest assured, all efforts will be made to ensure your satisfaction and the delivery of your order.
